My wife and I, along with my two daughters and grandchildren stayed at the Queen City Cottage for 4 nights. We needed to add an extra day at the last minute and Marissa was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean upon our arrival and entry was a breeze. It's a bedroom, 1.5 bath, with extra bathroom in basement in laundry room. Location wa great! Restaurants and shopping minutes away. Outdoor space was tranquil with table and chairs under covered back porch. Wifi was fine, TV had live channels and Roku for Netfilix and others. House was warm in the cold weather. You do need to climb stairs to get into the house, so if traveling with elderly, keep that in mind. Wasn't a problem for us. Marissa was very responsive to our inquiries, and was a great host.

Stay alert upon entry or you will end up in the basement. Second bathroom was a toilet in the basement laundry room.

charming little house perfect for a small group. beautiful backyard space as well. host is good communicator.
the half bath listed is a bit quirky; it's somehow the most and least private half-bath i've ever seen. our group enjoyed the space.
