About this farm stay rental
The Farmhouse is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Located in a small gated community just 2 miles north of Fall Creek Falls State Park, this home will accommodate 8 comfortably. Everything in this home is super cozy and has lots of amenities. The master bedroom with an in suite bath is located on the main level along with a powder room. Guest bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen and dining area are very open and has everything you need to prepare your meals. Rocking chairs and swing adorn the wrap around deck so you may enjoy the amazing views from any angle. From the gas grill to the fire pit your sure to enjoy the outside. A fenced in yard is great for the kids to enjoy playing. Enjoy beautiful open space in our small gated community to walk and enjoy the scenery, wildlife and beautiful horses in the pasture. They are not for riding but they do love to petted and fed. Walk down to the gate at the barn and they will come greet you and they do love carrots and apples! Be sure to fish in our (3) stocked ponds while you are here. They are stocked with bass and blue gill and we do practice catch and release so everyone can enjoy and no fishing license are required. You certainly must get over to beautiful Fall Creek Falls State Park where you can enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, the Olympic size pool and watering holes to cool off in on a hot summer day. They offer many activities on site to enjoy. We are also located near many state parks so be sure to visit them all for the full experience!
Fall Creek Falls State Park is home to 21 waterfalls, 4 suspension bridges and lakes. Other hiking favorites are: Savage Falls, Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, Virgin Falls and more. There are also multiple local fishing spots, backroads and walking trails to explore. Other notable attractions are: Bone's Cave (16 mi), Cumberland Caverns (18mi), Falcon's Rest (20 mi), and Rock Island State Park (22 mi).

This is our 2nd stay at the Farmhouse. We particularly like the location of this property to the park. We had teenagers with us on this trip and they enjoyed the surrounding property including the firepit and swings. Some reviews mention issues with Wi-fi and internet but we have zero issues during our stay. The community where the house is located is well kept and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy trip to Fall Creek Falls. Great property for walking. Kitchen well stocked.
TV in downstairs bedroom did not work- we think remote may need batteries. Also, MANY dead flies around the windowsills. Overall, a wonderful time.

The family had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the country setting. The house was a great modern farm house and a pleasure to stay in. My only issue was the kitchen not being stocked with quality pans and utensils. I little hard to cook in but would definitely stay again.Plenty of room for the kids and they loved the outdoor space.
