LuNiK Duplex B - This brand new duplex apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor levels.
On the first floor you find 1 double bedroom with shower room ensuite. On the 2nd floor there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/dining area and living room with sofa-bed (opens up in a comfortable double bed) and LCD TV. There is also another bathroom.
Next to the kitchen there is a small bbq area and terrace where you can enjoy some relaxing time in the sun or watching the stars.
The property is fully air-conditioned but usage is metered extra. Water and electricity consumption are included in the price.
This fully equipped duplex apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons. Ideal place for small group of friends or families coming for a holiday together.
There is also a cleaning fee of 30€ that has to be paid cash upon arrival.

This location is central to both walking distance to Ballutta Bay and at the opposite end down to Sliema Ferries to Valletta, shopping and restaurants! Close to hopping on the “Linea” bus routes. Having use of a lift (elevator) is a bonus especially when you’re staying on the 3rd floor!

L’appartement est vraiment bien situé à seulement 5min de la plage de Sliema et à 25min environ de Paceville à pied. Le quartier est très calme. Bon accueil. Cependant la clime (qui doit être payé en + à la fin du séjour) de la chambre ne marchait pas bien et s’arrêtait très souvent, ce qui avec la chaleur de juillet est insupportable.

We were a family of 4 with 2 adults and two kids. The accommodation was excellent in terms of space , utilities and location. It had all that was needed for a family with kids. The local shops and transport connections were at walkable distance. The location of the property was ideal . The owner was very friendly since the day we confirmed the booking. The owner arranged the taxi for pickup and drop from the airport and gave the best plan of the places to see in Malta. We would love to go back to the same accommodation again and I would thoroughly recommended it as I have already elaborated the same to my friends who visited Mata.
