About this house rental
This brand new, beautiful townhouse is located just few minutes away from highway 407 in Markham, Ontario and within walking distance from 2 large plazas that include Walmart, Longos, Mandarin restaurant, all major banks, LCBO (liquor store), and many others. This property has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each plus a very comfortable large sofa-bed in the living room. This beautifully decorated, comfortable and air conditioned open-concept place includes two large patio balconies and 175+ TV channels together with super fast 1.5Gb internet from Bell Fibe, to keep you entertained or productive. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils is also at your disposal together with laundry that has washer and drier as well as all you might need. ONLY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SPECIFIED DURING THE BOOKING IS ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME ($45 per person per day will be charged, or your stay will immediately be canceled). NO exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: I have cameras outside!!! No smoking (350$ penalty)
The following rules are STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!!
1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - immediate end to your stay if this rule is broken (I HAVE CAMERAS OUTSIDE AND WILL ACT SWIFTLY).
2. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS - immediate end to your stay if this rule is broken + $45 charge per person per episode.
3. NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BEDROOMS - - $150 penalty will be taken from your security deposit.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!!! - $350 penalty will be taken from your security deposit.
5. NO PETS - Service animals may be allowed with proof of status but shall never be left alone on the Property or the Premises!!! If Service animal is allowed, you might be requested to make higher damage deposit.
6. NOISE CURFEW - No loud noise after 10pm - immediate end to your stay if this rule is broken.
7. Check-in / Check-out times - after 4pm only and must move out by 11am on the check-out day. You may request earlier check-in or late check-out only if available for $20 per hour.

- If you break it - FIX IT
- If you turn it on - TURN IT OFF
- If you unlock it - LOCK IT
- If you move it - PUT IT BACK
- If you make a mess - CLEAN IT
