The apartment was very pretty. It had everything you needed to enhance a perfect holiday. Safe neighborhood-short walk to ocean-parks-cafes-gourmet grocery and more. Most of all Ariana her kindness and wanting you to enjoy your stay as well letting you know she was all available for whatever my need’s maybe. I would highly recommend do to all of above!

Such an interesting conversion at the top of a traditional tile-hung house on a little cobbled street. The light and bright bedroom upstairs has 5 windows, with views in all directions (but the blinds work fine).
The landlady Ariana is so friendly and helpful and has a flair for design, mixing minimalist functionalism with antiques and traditional furniture and fittings.
It is only a minute down to the 500 bus stop to get into central Porto in one direction, or out to the fish restaurants of Matosinhos in the other. But you can actually walk to a succession of Atlantic beaches in a few minutes.
And there is also such a lovely park on the doorstep - it is also nice just to have a coffee or a fresh orange juice closer to home in the little café pavillion, just by the busstop.
