Experience the Dolphin house in St Augustine. This spacious mid-century modern pool home is a rare treasure in an ideal location just steps from the Bridge of Lions and downtown St Augustine. This Showstopper Private Backyard oasis includes a pool with a shelf - perfect for kids, Hot Tub, BBQ, Hammock, Wood Fire Pit, and outdoor seating. The perfect family vacation getaway- fully loaded- with sleeping arrangements for up to 10. Maximum occupancy of six (6) adults and four (4) children under twelve (12) years of age.

- Private Pool w/baby fence and Hot Tub. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** The Hot Tub heats to approximately 101F (depending on the outside temperature - does not heat well when the overnight temperature drops to 60F or colder and will not heat at all when the overnight temperature drops to 50F or colder). It takes approximately 90 minutes for the Hot Tub to heat depending on the outside temperature (the colder it is, the longer it takes to heat). There is a 3-hour timer on the Hot Tub - it will turn off after having been on for 3 hours. However, it may immediately be turned on again

Our family loved this home and really enjoyed our stay! The backyard/pool was such a great way to unwind from the heat after exploring the historic district and its location is very convenient to all of the sites and fun that St Augustine and Anastasia Island have to offer. Two thumbs up from our kids (6 & 9.)

Location is great. Close to restaurants and. beaches. Walking over the Lion Bridge is amazing. It really is the best of both worlds! The house is comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are just right too!

Great size for family. Nice TVs. Our visit was Feb. 5-11. Our overall rating was based on the fact that the pool was way too cold to tolerate. (And I am used to swimming in a cool, spring fed lake). We contacted the owner. The pool heater cannot always heat the pool sufficiently. I had planned on using the pool to do PT. Raising the pool temp with the WI-FI controller did not help. We could raise the hot tub temp moderately by keeping it on for a long time (maybe up to 90 degrees). We would have booked elsewhere if we had known we could not use the pool.
