Close to the resort Crikvenica, in the natural area, in the resort Grižane lies this luxurious holiday home. Far away from the everyday hustle and bustle and yet it is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches in Crikvenica.
Outdoor private pool provides refreshment and the gas grill at your disposal will make preparing food a breeze.
In the garden next to the pool you will find sun loungers, parasols and a swing.
The house is distributed on two floors. In the lower area, a bedroom and a bathroom have found space. Both are barefree, so ground floor is suitable for disabled people. Here are still kitchen, laundry, cozy dining table and ready to live, also barierenfrei.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a terrace and wonderful sea views and mountain views.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In front of the villa there are 4 parking spaces.

Das Objekt ist ganz genau wie auf den Bildern und auch in der Beschreibung. Es war alles super sauber und es war für alles gesorgt. Herr Boschiero und seine Frau sind sehr sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sie haben bei allen Fragen geholfen und super Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung gegeben. Die Umgebung ist auch wunderschön man hat alles was man braucht einen kleinen Blick auf das Meer und direkt die Berge, hier bietet sich auch ein wunderschöner Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad an.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns darauf bald wieder zu kommen.
