The Studio is new, consisting of bedroom / living room, kitchen equipped with duplex refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker. Full bathroom, furnished balcony, workbench, Wi-Fi internet, 49 ”TV, closets and very comfortable bed with sofa bed for a possible 3 guests.

You'll have access to a swimming pool, gym, laundry, recreation areas, and spaces for informal meetings, conversations, and meeting others to network with. The Brooklin neighborhood is cozy and full. On the one hand, quiet with many houses and the tranquility of a country town with cobblestone streets, outdoor fairs, bakeries, restaurants and local shops. On the other hand, Berrini and Chucri Zaidan, as main avenues of São Paulo's economic and financial axis, show the bustle of the city with a large volume of people. Still has Morumbi Shopping 15 minutes walk, bars and supermarkets. Quick access to transportation such as Campo Belo and Brooklin subway stations and in a little monorail, along with buses, Uber and other shared apps. If you want to try a bike or scooter ride, you will find several points of these shared transports to rent and have fun in the neighborhood.
Excellent choice for business trips or tourism, as we are very close to av. Bandeirantes, Vila Olímpia and Itaim.

O apartamento é novinho e está perfeitamente montado. A Fabiana é excelente nos retornos e sempre prestativa. Chuveiro e cama boa, uma bela tv e utensílios de cozinha. A estadia foi perfeita.
