About this bed and breakfast
Enjoy this amazing open-concept guesthouse space that was once a recording studio visited by many of the greats. Once part of Lyric Springs Country Inn, this property was owned by country singer/songwriter and actors Ed and Patsy Bruce and was used often for writers retreats visited by the likes of Johnny Cash. Walk out your front door to the sounds and view of the river. Stroll up and visit our 27 farm pets at the ranch or enjoy one of our monthly Farm to Table dinners or Murder Mystery dinners in-season. Guests will also enjoy an 82” smart TV, or for some outdoor time, enjoy walking down to the beautiful creek.

The inside is very large and comfortable with a creek across the road. With a car coming by only occasionally. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit family. One of us uses a power wheelchair and this space was perfect for us. Big and open inside with lots of room and easy to move around. We brought a travel lift for transfers into bed and it worked fine in the bedroom. Beautiful and peaceful setting. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience. Finding the location was easy with provided directions. Checking in went well too. We really enjoyed our time there and found the bed really comfortable.

Lovely property just as described. Worth a stay. Three wishes for next time:1. Bigger and more ice cube trays or let guest know to bring ice. 2. Better internet connection. 82” Smart TV not functional with such a slow internet. Nor able to send or receive calls even with wifi calling turned on. Texting was the solution. 3. Lower/larger windows that allow the beautiful setting inside. Once inside limited ability to see the creek. Or maybe just a screened door?
