About this house rental
This beautiful Vacation Villa in the Lakeside subdivision comes with multiple
upgrades and enough space for the entire family. Come home to an open concept
floor plan loaded with amenities inside and out. The living room is perfect
for any family to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun, complete with a
42-inch TV, internet access, and cable TV.
Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the dining room with seating for 8
guests. Our home comes with a Fully Equipped Kitchen, perfect for entertaining
whether you're a gourmet chef or just a home cook trying to put dinner on the
table after a long day exploring Citrus County. This open concept kitchen has
everything you could need, from pots and pans to upgraded appliances and ample
countertops. Curious what's cooking? Take a seat at one of the bar stools for
a front-row view of the action.
This vacation rental is also the perfect place to relax and get a restful
night's sleep in one of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on
the east side of the living room and comes with 2 full-sized beds arranged to
make an extra-large king bed, dressed in luxurious bedding, an en-suite
bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed with
a flat-screen TV and a shared bath. The third bedroom has a double-sized bed
and a shared bath. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares the bathroom.
This impressive home doesn't stop there — a vacation home isn't complete
without your very own screened-in private pool for the entire family to enjoy.
The pool can be heated with an electric heat pump upon request (extra charge
applies).
**The Area**
Lakeside is a small subdivision close to Downtown Inverness and just 1 mile
from the Withlacoochee State Trail. Check-in is simple — stop by our office to
pick up your keys before heading to your home away from home.
While Lakeside doesn't have its own golf course, the closest public course is
about 5 miles away, and a Planet Fitness is just 2 miles south for guests who
want to keep up their fitness routine. Ocala is 25 miles away, and Crystal
River is a quick 20-minute drive — perfect for exploring the springs. For
groceries and essentials, Publix, Walmart, and Aldi are all just a 5-minute
drive from the villa.

I was there from Rhode Island visiting family and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and relaxing we all enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay there again

This property was fantastic! The spacious and modern decor provided a great setting for after work planning sessions and team meals. The fabulous pool and patio area was the perfect setting to relax and unwind after a busy day's work.

First, my thanks to the property owners who have truly created a beautiful, relaxing space, for sharing it with me and my family. I have been renting homes through Home Away and VRBO for 15 years. This experience was voted the best by my family!
The configuration of the home was perfect and the outside space was used almost constantly. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was provided. The home was spotless and obviously well cared for by the owners.
The only downside was the long drive back to Tampa for several of our planned activities and for a very early flight home. We did find several things to do in Inverness - renting bikes to ride the trails and the go kart track were great finds for my grandsons!
I highly recommend this home - it is a treasure!

We booked home for the pool. Rest and relaxation. Pool was not clean. Mildew around edges, spa, etc. Heater problems constantly. House was great.
