This listing is for two combined properties...across the street from each..with plenty of parking for off-sites, wedding, family reunions and parties.

We had a wonderful time using the house(s) for our family gathering for a wedding...everyone had space to spread out and relax between events. Sue was very responsive to messages leading up to our stay, and during the stay. Out of her control, yard maintenance crew showed up while we were occupying the property to cleanup the yard, I would have hoped they could schedule that when not occupied by paying guests...but that's life.

The house and cottage accommodated our family well for our family event. Thank you! We had a little mix up as to actual dates of the rental, but the Owner accommodated our needs very well. VRBO and Owner could communicate better. The highway is rather close to the house and has constant road noise. More half fallen trees should be removed from the road area leading to the cottage as it seems unsafe. You may want to also check if the attic sleeping area in the house with the 5 single beds complies with local building code as a bedroom since it has no exterior egress windows or door access directly to the exterior. Our building code officials would not allow this and is a life safely hazard.
