About this chalet rental
Guest fall in Love with the Amazing VIEWS, private home in a quiet location. Offers private driveway parking spaces, minutes to Heavenly lifts, casinos, beaches, beautiful fully remodeled kitchen, baths, 2 bedrooms, air conditioning unit in main bedroom, 2 full baths, new ceiling fans in every room, new full size washer-dryer.
HOA RULES
● This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am.
● Two (2) cars maximum allowed. we have a private driveway, however Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ s are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm.`
● We have a STRICT NO PETS Policy based on Owner Medical condition.
● Inclement weather: all cars must be cleared of snow
within twenty-four (24) hours of the beginning of the snowstorm. All cars must be
moved within twenty-four (24) hours after a snowstorm. we provide snow removal of our private driveway area and walkways, snow shovels are provided for guests
● Fully stocked kitchen for all the chefs, brand new stainless gas appliances stocked New Weber natural gas grill located on the deck.

Host was very welcoming and communication was great. The property is beyond beautiful and peaceful. The views are definitely breathtaking! I would stay here again.
