About this house rental
Very spacious home with a full kitchen, large living room, three bedrooms, and one and a half baths. Enjoy morning crisp air in the pecan orchard and the birds coming in the evenings under the covered carport in a wooden swing. It is just 13 minutes from Hattiesburg and just 3 miles from Hwy 98. Take a short half mile drive to Purvis to grab a bite to eat. There are several restaurants, from chain restaurants to mom & pop restaurants that you will want to come back to eat at again. We are 5 minutes from the golf course that you will enjoy!

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Very close to all fields. The house is comfy and felt like home.

Pros: clean inside, comfortable bed, magnifying makeup mirror in full bath, dehumidifiers, plenty of parking, a nice covered outdoor eating/visiting area, house was stocked with TP, paper towels, dish & laundry soap, sponge, kitchen towels, coffee & even some snacks! Cons: the exterior of the house was very dirty and the bushes were overgrown. There is no electrical outlet in the 1/2 bath for hairdryer, etc.

The house was very cute. The integrity of the floors/ceilings was questionable. Definitely needs work. The sink in the half bath is broken, in the full bath it is missing a cover on the hot water handle and looks pretty gross. The kids LOVED the chalk board wall. There are lots of seasonings in the cabinets, and like 6 syrups, so look at stock before you grocery shop for your stay. All the beds and furniture were comfy.
