About this bed and breakfast
This traditional Breton penty classified 2 ears (gîtes de France) is located in the heart of Beg Meil, soul of Fouesnant.
Completely renovated, it offers you all the necessary comfort for a quality holiday.
From this house, everything is done on foot: the beach, the shops, the walking trails. You will appreciate the calm and serenity of the place, the beauty of the landscapes.
This traditional stone house (penty) of about 55 m 2, on a fully enclosed courtyard (270m2) allowing the safe reception of children, offers 3 bedrooms for 6 travelers.
Completely renovated, everything is clear and practical.
The living room, very functional, is composed of a kitchen open to a living / dining room. You will find everything you need: dishwasher, microwave oven / grill, television, internet.
A bedroom completes this ground floor, thus allowing one level living. It is equipped with a double bed (140), a wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink.
the toilets are separate.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed of 140 cm, 1 with 2 single beds of 90 cm which can be pushed together) and cupboards.
The second bathroom has a bathtub and toilet.
Outside, a small utility room with washing machine and freezer.
For sunny days, a barbecue and a garden furniture are available.
You can park 2 vehicles in the courtyard.
The penty is in the heart of Beg Meil, but nevertheless quiet (it should be noted that in July and August, the weekly concerts of "Tuesdays of Beg Meil" end at 2 am).
The beach is a 5-minute walk away, as are the shops.
The house is non-smoking. Four-legged friends can be accepted if they are small and clean.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
A deposit of 800 € will be requested on arrival and not cashed.
A cleaning option is offered at a price of € 100.
We can provide household and bed linen (sheets, towels, bath mat, tea towels): € 15 / person
tourist taxes are to be paid in addition depending on the number of people.
A baby cot can be made available.
The charges are theoretically included, but if we notice an abusive use, this one will be invoiced.
