About this villa rental
Luxury four bedroom villa in prime location making it a ideal choice for a relaxing vacation, only 1 min walk from one of Kalkans beach club and free bathing platform with direct access to the sea.
On the lower ground level is a Garage area with automatic door. Stairs lead up to the pool terrace and a door with access to main part of the villa. Storage cupboards and utility room with washing machine, sink unit, iron and ironing board. There is a separate WC on this level
On the ground level you will find the Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with full-width glass frontage. The dining table seats 8 people. The living area has an L-shaped leather sofa and flat satellite screen TV. The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, cooker + hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
On the first floor are two large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, dressing areas and shaded balconies to the sides of the villa,
The second floor has the Master bedroom occupying the whole width of the villa. Glass frontage with doors that open out fully onto a very spacious balcony. Stunning sea views. Dressing area plus large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath + hand-held shower.
The top floor has the forth bedroom, a twin bedroom built into the eaves (therefore, in some areas, it has restricted height). Separate shower room. Access to the villa’s roof terrace which features a large daybed and beautiful sea views.
Outside a large infinity pool and terrace has ample space and sun loungers for eight guests there is a comfortable shaded seating plus a hammock and table tennis and a free standing BBQ
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 7500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
