A Chic 2-BDR in the Champs Elysées

This was a great central location for our visit to Paris. A short walk to a grocery store, close to the shops on Champs Elysees, and conveniently located across from a Metro station. Furniture and bedding were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in another review, the dining chairs were looking a little worn cosmetically, but they were still padded and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, but we only used it for breakfast. The listing and other reviews do not make the layout clear, so for those who care about layout:One bedroom faces the street (along with the living room) and has an ensuite shower/toilet. The second bedroom is of similar size and faces out over a quiet pedestrian alley that is locked at night. The back bedroom is very quiet! This back bedroom only has a shower/sink room attached and the 2nd toilet is in a separate room right outside the bedroom. So 2 toilets and 2 showers across 3 rooms. During our visit, the street noise was not an issue. With the windows closed the noise level was what you'd expect staying in a city. It wasn't a super busy street full of traffic all night or anything. We would definitely stay in this location on a return trip to Paris!

Wonderful 2 bedroom in a great location in Paris, close to most attractions, and across from the Metro. Check in was easy, and unit was very clean.

I just stayed in this apartment last week with my husband and 2 kids. The location was great, close to the metro and walkable to several restaurants. The accommodations were fine, overall, but didn’t exactly match the online pictures. The living room walls were spackled and the dining chairs are so worn and cracked. The bathroom sink faucets are loose. The worst part of our stay was the lack of hot water. I messaged with the host before booking (after reading other reviews that mentioned hot water issues) and he reassured me it had been taken care of. That was not true. We couldn’t get through 2 showers before the hot water ran out. The water ran cold in the bathroom sinks as well. When I messaged the host to make him aware (he was very responsive during the booking process), I received no response. Radio silence. I received an email after I completed my check-out survey mentioning my message and that it hadn’t been received until then. I don’t believe that. I was offered an apology and a 15% discount on my next stay with Pick A Flat. Too little too late in my opinion.
