Set on 45 acres, Mia Mia Vistas is a beautiful house perched atop the undulating hills of Mia Mia, a picturesque town in the heart of world-renowned Heathcote Wine Region with over 40 wineries in our region, less than 10 mins drive from Heathcote town centre, 25 mins from hip Kyneton & 35 mins from historic Bendigo.
Stunning! The property is surrounded by Mt Ida, Mt Camel, Mt Alexander, McIvor & McHarg Ranges. Here the sunsets are magical and sunrises are dazzling.
Mia Mia Vistas offers pure privacy for the perfect getaway. It is a beautiful three-bedroom house cleverly divided into two villa units under one roof. One side of the house has two bedrooms with king and queen sized beds and on the other has one bedroom with king sized bed. This is a unique setting, where each villa is fully self-contained, has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and separate dryer.
We only let one villa at a time or both units, so only one booking can take place. There are no other cottages, no owner's house on the land. Just you. You will have 45 acres all to yourselves!

Sink into our comfy oversized L-shaped sofa, read a book, or watch Netflix and enjoy the crackle of the log burning fire. Craft sumptuous feasts in the well-equipped open plan kitchen fit for a chef with dining area perfect for entertaining.
The property features a stunning outdoor claw foot hot bath tub and a jet spa bath indoors. The toughest choice you’ll face here is deciding which tub to soak in first.
In addition to our indoor shower, you can take a scenic shower outdoors and you can do that as a couple from our blissful 'his' and 'her' outdoor hot & cold showers.
Our generous verandah has a Weber Gas BBQ, outdoor table and large patio area. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine, watching our beautiful sunsets & magnificent mountain views of Mt Camel, Mt Alexander & Mt Ida.
For corporate & extended stays, enjoy the best of both worlds, a 100 Mbps internet speed along with tranquility and panorama whilst you work-from-home using our reliable internet and laptop friendly environment!. The extra provisions of breakfast, linen and towels, firewood and household supplies give our long-term guests all the creature comforts of a home-away-from-home. We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect. Very clean, easy check in, excellent communication, great views, very peaceful, highly recommend. Special treats in fridge and on the table were very much appreciated and delicious. Thankyou for the welcome sign on the table. A real treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mia Mia Vistas. We immediately felt at home and were able to wind down, totally relax, and breathe in the beauty of our surrounds. The views from the windows as the light changed during the day were simply stunning. The sunsets were glorious and we even managed to rise early one morning to see a sunrise. Many thanks to our hosts for making us feel so welcome and cared for. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here - the property has everything you need and is so perfectly styled that you instantly feel at home when you walk in the door. From a fully stocked pantry to toiletries that you might have forgotten, it has EVERYTHING!
That view!!! The view will make you want to pack up and move down here because we got to witness the most breathtaking sunsets and spent the nights looking at the clear sky filled with starts!
We are already talking about when we can go back!
