There is a large dining table in the kitchen, open to the living room, with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and oven. The spacious bathroom has space for a shower and a large bathtub.
Underfloor heating and a fireplace are installed in the apartment for pleasant warmth.
In addition to a double bed and baby bed in the bedroom, two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

Freundliche Vermieterin, schöne Wohnung im stilvoll renovierten Fachwerkhaus. Sobald aber die obere Wohnung im Haus mit einer größeren Gruppe belegt war, ist es in unserer unten liegenden Ferienwohnung sehr laut gewesen, gerade abends und nachts. Das hat die Erholung sehr getrübt. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, viele Wandergebiete um den Brocken herum sind sehr nah und sogar ohne Auto erreichbar.
