The home is located in a convenient and quiet Lynnwood residential community. Alderwood mall, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, downtown Lynnwood, public transportation, I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.
A new house, bright, beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and 2 car-garage in an upscale neighborhood. Modern kitchen with beautiful cabinets, countertop, appliances for you to cook your own meals. A fenced backyard and deck for enjoying the outdoors when the weather permits. This is a 2-story home that is approximately 1,900 square feet. House is lovingly furnished with one king and two queen beds, and two leather futons ready for you to enjoy.
The entire house is for you and your group only. You will have full access to the house through the entry door or the 2 car-garage. Door code will be provided prior to your arrival.
Guests must agree to sign a lease agreement before check-in and follow all the Home Owner Association (HOA) rules.
Do not park your car anywhere in the community beside the driveway and inside the garage. Addition parking spots are on the 24th Ave W.
Quiet time is between 9:00pm and 7:00am
Absolutely no drug and smoking (of any kinds)
No party or event allowed
Clean up the place before you leave
Do not wear shoes in the house.
Please do not bring additional guests that are not part of your group.
