WE OFFER YOU OUR LARGE PENTY KAEL, spacious, bright and very comfortable, 120m2, 5 rooms, two bedrooms, on a large garden (not enclosed) of 2000 m2.
Located just a stone's throw from the sea, on the Crozon peninsula.
It has been renovated in the Breton tradition.
It is spacious and very bright, with light streaming in through a large 6-metre-long bay window on the kitchen and dining room sides. We've kept the village well here, which doubles as an aperitif table.
The insert fireplace in the main living room provides gentle warmth in winter.
You'll find hi-fi, WIFI and satellite TV on each floor.
You will have at your disposal :
washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron, hairdryer.
You will have a large bedroom opening onto its adjoining lounge (bed: 160X200cm)
and a closed bedroom (a bed 160X200 cm and a bed 90X200 cm) on the 1st floor and a closed bed for one person on the ground floor.
Everything is provided for babies: cot, bath, high chair.
Your pet is welcome.
Bikes and surfboards can be hired on the peninsula.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional in all seasons.
If you wish to order household linen, please do so at the time of booking and pay on site according to your order.
Heating, electricity (price per KW) and wood are also extra and must be paid for on site according to your consumption.
A deposit must be given to the concierge in the form of a cheque or cash, and will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
Household waste is collected on Tuesday mornings;
The yellow and black bins are placed at the end of the road.
