You can unwind in this newly renovated apartment. The apartment is located in the idyllic hamlet of Dorf on the ground floor of a modern small residential complex and has its own entrance. You will feel comfortable in the furnished with great attention to detail living room with open fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a 3-person dining table, you will find a comfortable sofa which can be converted into a comfortable 125cm wide bed with a handle and a 50 "Smart TV. The bright shower room offers enough space and the bedroom including blackout blinds invites you to dream.
Another highlight is the 26m² sunny terrace overlooking the expansive lawn and the adjacent forest. Here you can either relax in the comfortable beach chair or on one of the two loungers, sunbathe or let the evening fade away with a good glass of wine.
Wi-Fi, a reserved parking space for you, a modern electric barbecue, a washing machine and a dryer with coin operated round off this exceptional offer.
Sheets and towels are not included in the rent. There is the possibility for 20 € per person to book a linen package.

The south beach with swimming area is within walking distance. At low tide, this stretch of beach is perfect for mudflat hiking or for a long walk through the salt marsh landscape. With the local bus you can easily reach all parts of SPO, the other beaches and the train stations.
