Little Villa in a tropical garden

I recently stayed at Mango Garden Cottage with my wife and two boys. When we arrived, we were met immediately by Sylvia and Eddison, who showed us to the cottage. We were permitted to park our rental car in a spot off-street. The cottage is every bit as nice as pictured! I can’t say enough about how accommodating and friendly the hosts are. This was our first night in Dominica, and we arrived after a long day of traveling as many of the restaurants were about to close… Sylvia was gracious enough to have food run in from town, which was just what us weary travelers needed! We were also provided with all the mangoes, coconuts, limes, star fruit, and plantains we wanted, fresh from the surrounding gardens. They truly go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fairly private and secluded. It is an easy drive down the hill to Picard and Portsmouth, with shops, beaches, diving, and restaurants all available. If you’re looking to stay in this region of Dominica, I would absolutely recommend Mango Garden Cottages. I’d definitely stay here again.
