About this villa rental
Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open plan area which contains the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances, the indoor dining table and exit to veranda. In the living area, there is a flat screen TV with satellite channels. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, a bedroom with a large double bed(180*200) and ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds which can be converted into a double bed with ensuite bathroom. For guests who have mobility needs, there is a suitable bedroom with a double bed(180*200) and a communal bathroom.
The outdoor area of the villa has a garden covered with grass, a 50 sq.m. swimming pool with a corner for children, a dining area, sun beds and umbrellas. There is also a parking space for 6 cars.
The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced.
The guests have unconstrained access to the villa. The entire villa plus its amenities are included in the rental cost.
On the upper floor, there are some permanent residents. The space that our guests stay, is NOT shared. The upper residents have their own separate entrance. The residents are quiet and understanding of our guests and you will not even notice other guests are staying upstairs.
