House was clean and secure. Big back yard with BBQ and Full kitchen with gas stove. Living room had some stadium style recliners and tv, along with each room having a TV. Over all nice place about 15 mins from downtown palm springs and right off the 10.

Small house with one bath, so it fit us OK with the three adults having their own room and sharing the bath. The exterior gate and fencing made us secure, but was tricky to get in in the dark when we arrived. Luckily the prop owner answered the phone immediately and talked us through getting the gate open. After that, no trouble at all. Sketchy neighborhood, but fairly quiet (dog and rooster). Basic needs were met, with new appliances, and just 5 miles from downtown Palm Springs.

This was an excellent place to spend a few days in the Palm Springs area while we golfed some excellent courses. It's is not your gated community packed full of noisy tourists. It's a peaceful, perfect oasis in the desert that includes a farm of quietly turning wind turbines and the occasional coyote call.
The cottage is very clean and completely updated with modern features, furniture, and appliances. I would certainly recommend it if you want to get away from the crowds but still within a short drive to all amenities.
