Our exceptional villa, under construction and delivered before the summer of 2020, has been totally thought out on visual and sensory well-being, so that our customers are carried by the tranquility and well-being that this paradisiacal place exudes.
Covering an area of 300m2, the EVA villa is made up of 5 suites, all equipped with bathrooms with showers, dressing room and wc
The generous and harmonious Living Rooms, are equipped with carefully selected furniture, and are all oriented towards the sea and the Genoese tower
A superb 14 m infinity pool heated and filtered with salt, oriented towards the bay and the Genoese tower, is surrounded by generous terraces, with sea views, decorated with rigorously selected outdoor furniture
A gym, equipped with the latest equipment, will delight athletes
The beach and the pinarellu pine forest are directly accessible on foot via a footpath (800 m)
An outdoor kitchen, overlooking the sea, shaded, will also allow you to take your meals as you wish
In season (July and August) bread and pastries will be left for you each morning by your host
