About this house rental
Panoramic Hill Country views can be seen for miles from this well-cared-for 11+ acre eclectic getaway just north of Dripping Springs. Star-gaze from the cozy fire pit (or hilltop observatory with lounge chairs and a hammock) or relax in the four rocking chairs on the covered back deck. For those outdoor enthusiasts, get energized with a hike down meandering trails to the seasonal creek. If hot, take a dip in the pool. If cold, fire up the hot tub. If the weather is rough, play the Wii! There are many wineries, distilleries, and breweries close by.
The TV's are equipped with a Roku that provides Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube, ESPN, and many other channels. The very large bounce house can be rented for $150 during your stay and I will help to set it up. I will not send a payment request until ~2 days before your arrival to ensure the weather is suitable.
The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and plenty of room for the chef. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, a coffee maker, and an espresso machine with all the K-cups and creamer pods you will need, paper towels, dishes, glasses, etc. You just need to bring your food and drink and you are all set! We probably have it if you think you need it, so feel free to reach out and ask before you pack it or buy it.
There is a king-sized bed and a full-length couch on the first floor. There is a queen-sized bed in one room on the 3rd floor and a two-twin mattress trundle bed in another room. The main bedroom is on the 4th floor and has a king-sized bed.
There is a propane grill on the back deck that overlooks the pool and the vista. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
If you need to check in early or check out late let me know and I will check with the maids to see if that is possible. The charge to do so is $20 per hour.

This property was AMAZING and the hosts were the best I’ve encountered! They have thought of everything and have created a home and space excellent for our family gathering with adult children and partners/friends. The home is well-appointed with many comfortable spaces, views, places to visit and places to get away and have some alone time or one-on-one chats. The most impressive thing was the hosts’ response to me about items available in the kitchen (so that I would know what I needed to pack). I planned to cook and needed many home staples They took my list & set out every item I had asked for & even purchased a brand new crock pot! I enjoyed peaceful quiet time on the porch each AM- reading, journaling, reflecting, praying… it was so relaxing!!! The fire pit was a fun activity for us as were the hiking trails a welcome activity on the property. Mostly, though, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a cooler and overcast weekend but the heat in the hot tub made using the outside pool space just fine! The sun eventually poked out and we even got to sunbathe in the lounge chairs. We left only to try out one of the wineries/breweries. I appreciate the welcome book at the property which was well-organized for all our needs and explained the local vineyards and allowed us to select one which had family-friendly spaces allowing for our not-of-age kids to go with us and enjoy sodas and the outdoor games of giant Jenga, ping pong, etc. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful views throughout the property! Kitchen filled with cookware, utensils and plenty of coffee! Excellent communication with property owners. We will definitely return!!!

We had a great visit! Lots of amenities. Loved the pool and hot tub,campfire and the hiking trails. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
