Looking forward to relaxing on the lanai, enjoying the most beautiful view - morning, noon and night? Want to enjoy incredible sunsets, watching the sky burst with a fiery glow of mesmerizing color? Would you like to open all the windows and hear the sound of the waves crashing on the sand? Then we have THE place for you! Come stay in our beautiful condo right on the beach in Kihei, next to the Ko'ie'ie Royal Fishpond, one of three ancient Hawaiian fish ponds in the area! It's the perfect place for your next amazing holiday, enjoying Maui and all that the island has to offer. Yes, the beach is right there waiting for you to relax, swim, snorkel or stroll. And, while snorkeling, you will most likely swim along a turtle or two as they glide through the bay. If the swimming pool is more your style, then there's the most sparkling pool we have ever seen. (Really...we have never seen a pool where the water is so perfect, not too chlorinated or salty, and absolutely crystal clear!)
Start your day by sipping your Maui coffee or eating fresh pineapple while enjoying the ocean view from the lanai, or by taking a stroll down the sandy beach. If you want to venture out and explore the island, our amazing property management team can help you plan a variety of activities:
- Watch whales play in the bay (in season)
- Take a snorkeling trip to Molokini
- Learn to surf
- Drive 17 minutes down to Makena's Big (or Little) Beach or 12 minutes to the golf courses of Kihei and Wailea
- Spend the day enjoying the scenery on the way to Hana and swim in the seven sacred pools
- See the sunrise over the crater of Haleakala (reservation required) and ride a bike down the volcano to the beach towns below

We had a great stay in Kihei. Each day started with a walk on the beach and ended with an amazing sunset out in the Lanai. The unit was well stocked and we took advantage of the four beach chairs that were included.

Nice view from this updated unit--it was easy to use the TV, and nice to have a Brita water pitcher to save on purchasing water. Lovely place!

I have to say, this is one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed at. Everything was exactly as pictured/described (if not better). A completely honest, clear listing. The building is older, but the condo has been renovated recently, very tastefully.Check-in was very smooth. Even though I called the property manager twice to ask questions that had clearly been answered in our previous communications, she was very nice and gave me the info again. The condo is extremely well appointed. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. In particular, the kitchen had a lot of random stuff we actually used (wine key, mini-thermos for the beach, etc.). I slept in the pull-out couch and it was very comfortable (not quite as good as a bed, but better than most pull-outs). And then there is the view. We had breakfast at the lanai, coffee at the lanai, afternoon snack at the lanai, drinks at the lanai. The view is absolutely beautiful. Very good condo with excellent views, excellently maintained and appointed, excellent management. 5 stars.
