About this villa rental
Can Mandol is a spectacular villa located in Inca, in an intimate and serene natural setting, ideal for those seeking disconnection without giving up the proximity of city services. Surrounded by a 4,000 m² plot, this property perfectly combines luxury, comfort and privacy, offering the ideal setting for unforgettable holidays in Mallorca.
With capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and heating. Two bedrooms have double beds, one with two single beds, and another with an extra-large double bed. The property includes a total of 5 full bathrooms, all with shower or bathtub.
The exterior heart of the villa is its spectacular 200 m² terrace, surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. There you will find a large private pool, perfect for cooling off while enjoying the views. The chill-out area, covered porch, and barbecue invite long evenings outdoors, family meals, or moments of relaxation under the Mallorcan sun.
Inside, Can Mandol surprises with two fully equipped American kitchens, ideal for groups wishing to cook with comfort. The common areas are spacious and bright, decorated with a classic and elegant style, and include two lounges with comfortable sofas and dining areas perfectly conditioned for rest and coexistence.
The villa also has private parking for two vehicles, which completes a holiday proposal where every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and quality.

All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of 0.38 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
A refundable deposit will be charged.
Parties are not allowed.
To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

The villa was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Air con in the bedrooms was expensive to run but essential for us Brits in the high 30s temperatures! Pool was large and deep enough for us all to enjoy. Inca itself is not particularly touristy, but the villa is located quite close to the centre, which meant that we had a great choice of local restaurants and the market was enjoyable. Lovely beaches within 20 minutes or so drive. We would definitely recommend this villa to other potential guests.
