A very well-equipped, mature, professional four story home that is simple to utilize and provides numerous comfort areas for your stay!

Is in a central location to inner North East Portland. Minutes to downtown and the airport along with a vast array of close-by neighborhood dining, entertainment and retail areas. The Piedmont neighborhood is an historic area boasting easy access to other popular Portland neighborhoods and runs alongside the Max light rail train allowing for convenient commuting to the entire metropolitan Portland community. City train, bike share and public transport are all within walking distance from the home.

David was very knowledgeable of the area and extremely responsive to our questions. Home was clean, comfortable and charming. Location is perfect- wonderful neighborhood close to many attractions and just blocks from local stores. Plenty of outside space to relax on the porch and enjoy dinner in the backyard. Would highly recommend!

Exceeded ALL expectations!! This house was built for entertainment, comfort, personal space, remote workstations and relaxing in the outdoor living areas. Four floors of style, comfort and family fun. Certainly worth every penny. Thanks again David for going above and beyond what we expected and needed. We’ll be back! Can we just move in forever next week??? :-)
