Private off-street parking. Walk to restaurants or shops in historic Fredericksburg within eyesight of your balcony. Your living area has Skylights, a master bedroom bath, fireplace, dining table, desk, Internet , smart TV, cable and Netflix. This is a great base for all of your work, play or sightseeing.
