About this house rental
The home is 2.7km to the town of Warwick which is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk. The home is a 40 minute drive to beautiful Stanthorpe which is known for its wonderful wineries and fresh produce. It is 33 minutes drive to Queen Mary Falls (with Browns Falls and Daggs falls lookout on the way).
The home is renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office. The main bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk in robe and an ensuite. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the house. Both bathrooms have a shower and a bath tub.
2 of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a daybed that can be used as a couch, a single bed, or pulled out into a King size bed. The lounge also has a sofa bed. All up the home can sleep up to 8 guests.
There is an internal laundry, air conditioning in the lounge and dining areas, large kitchen and a seperate office.
The property also has ample parking at the front of the home for multiple vehicles. Please park in front of garages only (garages are not available for guest use). Do not park on front lawn in front of the home.
There is a large back deck for entertaining with a pool table, dining table and outdoor lounge.
Wifi is included and there is a 65" smart TV in the lounge room equipped with sound system - great for watching movies!
The lounge room also has it's own remote control operated gas fireplace for those colder nights.
There is a swimming pool for your enjoyment which has an undercover lounging area and there are 2 sunbeds for sun-baking.
The back yard is fully fenced for dogs if you'd like to bring your pet with you on your getaway.
Please note, there may be horses in the paddocks around the home during your stay and there may be people tending to the horses. They will not go into the house or house yard - Please do not go into the paddocks or touch the horses.

This is my first time of using this service and i struggled with the communication. I kept getting notified of messages, but never received any, other than the check in procedure and some house rules.
The home was lovely, the fireplace was wonderful, the kitchen was amazing and the bathrooms were excellent.
My only criticism is that the second and third bedrooms were not air-conditioned! This is Warwick in late autumn. My friends froze while they were sleeping.

Absolutely stunning home. Everything was beautiful and very spacious. The electric fireplace added such a beautiful atmosphere to the home, and owner was so kind and easy to message. Would stay again in a heart beat.
