Villa Miramar is a spectacular holiday home located in one of the most exclusive areas of Alcudia, in the north of Mallorca, between Pollensa Bay and Alcudia Bay, just 3.5 km from the beach. The property, with more than 400 m² of living space, combines modern design with high-quality materials, offering an elegant and welcoming environment. It has 5 double bedrooms: four with single beds and one with a double bed, all designed to guarantee maximum comfort. There are a total of 5 complete bathrooms, four with showers, one with a bathtub, perfectly distributed to offer privacy and comfort.

The living-dining room features large sofas, satellite television and a large table for enjoying group meals. The kitchen, spacious and fully equipped, allows you to prepare any meal without complications. From the house, you access a furnished terrace with sea views, perfect for outdoor dinners or to relax during the day.

Outdoors, an impressive 13 x 3.5 metre swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, Balinese beds and umbrellas, together with a barbecue area and table tennis table to make the most of Mallorca's sunshine.
Inside, a second heated swimming pool of 12 x 2.5 metres, an independent jacuzzi and a fully equipped gym offer relaxation and wellness throughout the year (indoor pool heating available for €40/day).

Really fantastic property in a great location. We took several walks to the Alcudia, which has a lovely beach and plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. The owner of the property met us and showed us around snd then left is to enjoy our holiday, was on hand if needed but we never did. The villa had everythibg our 2 families needed and every part of the villa is to s high standard.
