About this apartment rental
In a small building with 5 apartments, in the heart of the resort (place Jean Moulin / rue du Poutat) and very close to shops (bakery and supermarket within 50m), near the swimming pool, the ice rink and entertainment, but in a peaceful location and 200 m from the slopes, apartment which has just been renovated, very sunny with large bay windows. Classified as furnished accommodation: 3 stars.
3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and a wardrobe, 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 wardrobe, 1 sofa bed in the living room, that is 8 beds. Possibility of cot.
Equipped kitchen including dishwasher with bar area, dining room with large table. The kitchen provides a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso, oven, microwave, large fridge, raclette, ceramic hob, crockery and cutlery.
A very large private and closed terrace of 35 m² goes around the dining room and continues along the living room, over 10 meters, not overlooked, exposed to the east (10m²) and especially to the south ( 25m²) and has garden furniture.
Cozy living room in extension of the dining room with 1 sofa bed and a smaller sofa, 2 poufs, small tables, television. Night corners away from living areas. 2 bathrooms: one with shower and the other with bathtub. 2 WC. Smoke detector, hair dryer. 2 ski lockers. Parking spaces reserved for the entire condominium.
