A few mechanical/ plumbing issued that were promptly addressed. One required purchase of new appliance which was not completed during our 2-week stay. The location is nice, but walking up the hill in the dark after a big meal and drinks wasn’t fun. But, with a very affordable Uber available this year, this wasn’t a problem.

We stayed in Alegranza Sept. 1st - Sept 7th 2014. I was immediately stunned by the views the pent-house offers. The pictures on the internet don't come near the amazing panoramic views the roof top terrace provides.This resort is very nice and comfortable and feels more like a home away from home than a hotel. The full kitchen, open space, as well as the modern decor makes you feel right at home.
The roof top terrace....wow! It has a private jacuzzi, bbq and lounge area (which we used often!
The staff were all attentive, friendly and willing to help in any way possible to make your stay more enjoyable (special thanks to Javier & Lucy for all the great recommendations).
They offered cleaning service everyday and have beach access clubs.They have multiple amenities to chose from, 3 pools, suana, gym, Oh and the restaurant! Casiano's is delicous and provides a unique take in cuisine with excellent flavors. You must eat at Casiano's atleast once.
The hotel is situated minutes from just about anything! The beach,restaurants, shopping, or grocery stores are all within walking distance. We personally love to be active and walk where ever we can to get some excerise and truly enjoy the town. The resort is gated (which made us feel safer)and is located in a safe and beautiful area. The locals were always smiling and welcoming.
We really enjoyed our vacation and time in San Jose and Alegranza and plan to return soon.

Just returned from our stay in the 3 BR/3BATH rooftop penthouse at Alegranza. Amazing views from the HUGE terrance!!Everything is beautifully decorated, and we liked that it was very private. I would definitely provide the concierge a grocery list so that you can have food/drinks available when you arrive! The staff was very helpful and professional. Our first trip to Cabo was a great experience and we would definitely go back!! Thanks Pedro and staff!

Just spent 4.5 months in 2 different units. Fabulous. New, clean, well designed and professionally managed property. Pools, hottubs, tennis, gym, sauna, putting green, and management are the best. I'll be back next year for sure. Also the location in San Jose is perfect.
Looked at many other developments in the area. This is #1 for the works.
