The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1980, was renovated in 2019, and is furnished in a rustic, typical local style and functional manner. The property is also popular because of the view of the sea and its quiet and sunny location in the woods and by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, and courtyard.

Njivice. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed property with a lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord only lives occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (unpaved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (WiFi) and Wii. Television reception is via satellite.
