Overall very nice property! Inside was VERY clean, well maintained, nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable and nice soft towels. Host provided all you need including a thoughtful welcome gift. Only area of improvement - there was a pretty extensive spiderweb / bug situation all over the front door we had to dodge going in and out. Lake life!

Six of us (3 couples) visited Saratoga Springs for the weekend to go to Saratoga racetrack. Kate was very responsive to questions before arriving. The house was perfect for our needs; plenty of parking and space inside for all of us to hang out. The house is ideally located close to Saratoga lake, great restaurants, stores and the racetrack. We enjoyed the central ac and all the little extras Kate has in the house to offer. We are already talking our next trip and will definitely stay here again.

Kate's place is great! Just as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, very convenient location. Kate was very easy to communicate with as well.
