About this house rental
The apartment, about 45 square meters, is decorated in a Scandinavian style. The decor convinces with a lot of style and fresh colors, so that the holiday guests feel comfortable. The apartment convinces with a blue and mustard-yellow touch. There is space for 3 adults in the apartment.
To downtown Winterberg you can go in about 5 minutes by car. The ski slope is within walking distance.
The living room
If you have exhausted yourself while skiing or hiking, you can either drink in the local swimming pool, sauna or just on the balcony a glass of wine and relax.
There are many reasons to come to Winterberg, but why exactly this apartment?
- The apartment has a pool and a sauna, which can be used. The pool is heated and modernized in 2015,
- Great design of the apartment
- Free Wi-Fi (about 32 Mbit)
- In the living room you will receive a flat screen TV,
- You can sit in the evening in front of an electronic stove heater to enjoy the ski hut feeling here as well.
- The beds are freshly made for you and the towels are ready for you,
- There is a separate wardrobe available
- Drying room for ski equipment
- Inviting and warm light throughout the apartment
- You can use a beautiful balcony with a view of nature. This is again provided with a wooden floor to emphasize the Scandinavian design.
- The kitchen is well equipped and even offers a dishwasher (tabs under the sink).
- Electric kettle, oven and coffee maker are also provided.
- In addition to salt / pepper, the general features of the kitchen include other items such as: plates, cups, cutlery, coffee filters, sponges, trash bags, cutting boards, etc. Just that, so you can comfortably survive your stay.
- Both bathrooms have been newly renovated and radiate with new white tile look.
- For your wet equipment there is a ski cellar in the basement area.
- I have renounced the disposable shower gel out of consideration for the environment. Hand soap (filling bar) is at your disposal,
- Outside, you could use a clothes dryer.
-The entire apartment is laid out with laminate.
- Uncomplicated and fully self-contained check-in directly at the building.

Es hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war echt nett. Die Wohnung mit Schwimmbad war echt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung. Der Check-in erfolgt komplett selbstständig, dafür erhält man aber eine sehr gut erklärte Anleitung. Möchte man dennoch Kontakt mit dem Besitzer aufnehmen, geht dies sehr einfach und unkompliziert und erhält schnell eine Rückmeldung. Alles super.
