Crossing apartment of 42 m2 for 4 people in a small, quiet residence. The pleasant living room opens onto the balcony where you can eat with sea view and the entrance to the port. The independent kitchen is functional and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed with wardrobe and the mezzanine has 2 single beds. Separate WC. Individual closed garage (no parking problems). Very quiet area, the port is 5 minutes walk.
2.5 km from Collioure (accessible on foot by the cornice or the road), 7 km from Banyuls and Spain is 20 km by the pretty cornice road which overlooks the sea
Several beaches and coves are nearby. You can also stroll in the mountainous hinterland.
Various shops including 2 supermarkets.
The apartment must be made clean otherwise cleaning fee of € 60

Very well placed apartment, with a superb view of the harbour and a quiet environment, including good sound insulation from other flats in the building. The bed and other furniture was good quality and comfortable.
Phillipe was a very friendly and helpful host and we look forward to staying there again.
