Spend your vacation in this luxurious, spacious and impeccably appointed Victorian-style beach house in the Jersey shore's Normandy Beach. The house is ideal for vacations or reunions with family or friends, as it offers eight bedrooms and four and a half baths, accommodating up to 16. The house also features four indoor sitting areas (including a game room, ocean-view tower sitting area, and bar), and a large furnished patio with a hot tub.
Enjoy swimming, surfing, sunbathing or surf-casting on the beach, boating or fishing in nearby Barnegat Bay, participating in yoga on the beach, jogging or biking along the coast, or just relaxing in the hot tub with a beverage while burgers cook on the seven-burner grill.
In addition to being just steps from Normandy's private ocean and bay beaches, guests can enjoy several charming restaurants, shops and gourmet grocery stores/caterers within walking distance. Additional shopping and dining options are a short drive away, including in nearby downtown Lavalette and Bay Head. For an authentic Jersey Shore experience, guests can head to the Point Pleasant or Seaside boardwalks and amusement parks, both of which are approximately five miles from the house.
Don't spend your precious vacation days stuck in traffic! Normandy Beach is less than two hours from both New York City and Philadelphia by car, making it far easier to reach than some other popular beach destinations you may be considering. Friends visiting for the day from NYC? Bay Head train station is less than five miles away.

Our family (10 total) stayed at this property for our yearly beach vacation. It was perfect! Literally steps from the beach, had all the amenities we could ever need, a great back area for relaxing. Marilynn was a wonderful host and answered all of my questions. Would definitely come back again!

This house is incredible!!! It is crazy well appointed. You will want for nothing, Every detail is considered. I think another review said this, but the pictures do not do it justice. it is all brand new and beautiful!! The back yard is perfect for out door gatherings and the house is so spacious you can then escape that family and read a book in one of the many sitting rooms. The beach is just a few houses away and is beautiful!!
The hosts are easily reached and very accommodating.
Cannot recommend this place enough.

This was my first time renting a house. The description and pictures of this home are accurate and exceeded my expectations.
The house was homey and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host’s attention to details was impeccable.

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The house is gorgeous and completely stocked for any thing you need. The owners are attentive to any questions. There are instructions all over on how to operate appliances, hot tub etc. You'll never regret staying here.
