Villa Cacasa is a just renovated 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool, in the tranquil small village of Choumeri. The villa is located 4,5 km from the town of Perama, 10 km from the nearest sandy beach, and 30 km from the picturesque town of Rethymno.

Villa Cacasa is built in maisonette style. On the ground floor, it offers an open plan area with a living room corner, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bathroom with a shower.

The top floor of the Villa has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, one bedroom with a single bed, and another bathroom with a shower. An 8th guest can also sleep in an additional portable bed.
