Enjoy a quiet and charming getaway to our comfortable 2 Bedroom Cottage. With close proximity to Taylorsville Lake, the world-famous Bourbon Trail, and Louisville, there's always something to do. Whether you enjoy fishing, golfing, swimming, hiking, or just relaxing, our space is the ideal destination for your group.
Our 950 sq. ft. cottage has 2 BEDROOMS. The master bedroom features 1 King bed while the second bedroom features 1 Twin bed, 1 Twin Bunk bed, and 1 Trundle bed. There's also an additional blow-up mattress to accommodate additional guests.
Get ready for your day in the 2 BATHROOMS, one of which is in-suite to the master bedroom. We'll provide you with toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer.
After a day relaxing by Taylorsville Lake, retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LIVING AREA with a lovely fireplace. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite show on the Roku TV or bring a movie to watch on the DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto your private balcony and enjoy some fresh air or soothe your muscles in the private hot tub!
In the KITCHEN, you'll find a stove, an oven, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, dishes, basic cooking products, and a blender. Start your morning with a cup of coffee fresh from our in-suite coffee machine! For dinner, whip up a tasty meal on the charcoal grill.
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at The Boulevardier Cottage #19, including access to a shared outdoor pool (open during the summer), volleyball courts, meeting and banquet facilities, and many hiking trails.
We recommend bringing a car to get around the area! You'll find parking available outside the cottage for up to 2 cars. Additional parking is available at the entrance of the community.
Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them for an additional fee of $75 per stay (maximum 2 pets).

Spend a day fishing in Taylorsville Lake! Enjoy sunny days while golfing at Tanglewood Golf Course, a 6-minute drive away. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at Fiesta Mexicana or at Snappy Tomato Pizza.
We recommend your own transportation as there is no public transportation. There are 2 parking spaces at the cottage, with plenty of additional parking near the pool or up at the front office. Please wear shoes walking around the grounds as there is gravel in some areas of the resort.
We have NEST cameras on the back porch and front monitoring both entry doors. These are for safety.

• Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet there is a $75 pet fee. There is a max of 2 pets per stay. Please make sure to add them to your reservation.
