About this house rental
Belle Vue is beautiful stone house situated on a hill with a spectacular view of the valley of the Dordogne. A lovely private swimming pool with breathtaking views will give you the joy of having this 'Rich Man feeling' of your own house with private pool in France… which makes this property a perfect holiday accommodation for a total of 8 people. Belle Vue is decorated with new comfortable furniture. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet but with the advantage of a large number of attractions within a short distance.
Inside
Belle Vue has on the ground floor a large living room with patio doors to the terrace, a large fireplace, a dining area with open kitchen and a bedroom with an private bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds, finally there is a second bathroom.
Outside
Around the house is a large lawn where you can play football, jeu de boules, badminton or just lay in the sun and enjoy a nice book. For the car (s), there is enough private parking place. From 2022 a nice covered terrace will complete the outside of this lovely holiday house.
Surroundings
Only five minutes drive to the center of Montignac, where there are many good and cozy restaurants, you can also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is about 4 km away and also are some shops, cafes, restaurants, and the possibility to play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach where you can swimm. Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric Caves of Lascaux (in Montignac) and the charming medieval town of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and summer festivals.

Un séjour parfait : une région aussi riche en histoire que sa cuisine, une vue imprenable, un calme impressionnant, une maison très fonctionnelle, une piscine salvatrice et des propriétaires aussi discrets que charmants. A refaire !

Séjour fabuleux ! Nous avons été très bien accueillies et renseignées à notre arrivée. La maison est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Les plus qui font toute la différence : la piscine plus qu’appréciable en temps caniculaire, et la vue panoramique et dégagée. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très très bon séjour fin octobre. La maison est grande, très propre et bien décorée. Cest très confortable au quotidien (loterie nickel, chauffage par le sol, 2 grandes salles de bain, terrasses , un piscine superbe)
La vue est magnifique
On est très bien situé pour visiter une région riche.
Enfin un grand merci pour la gentillesse pour la réservation et l'accueil sur place.
