Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath private home located on the gulf access canal. Sleeps 6 with a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and full/twin bunk bed in the third bedroom.The villa has all new furnishings, open concept, gourmet kitchen. dining room, living room with flat screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, blender, toaster and coffee maker. The master bedroom has TV and sliding door to the pool area and lanai. Master bathroom has granite, double sinks and separate bath tub and walk in shower. Large lanai with outdoor furniture , west facing pool for fabulous sunsets, spa, gas grill, pool bath and convenient outdoor shower.

Such a smooth stay. Jana met us at arrival (late at night) to do a walk through and explain the home features (hot tub controls, electronics and WiFi set up so my husband could work from the property the next day). The home has everything from pool floats to beach chairs and sand toys. Jana even delivered new fishing poles the day after we asked where to get some! She secured a weekend delivery of a new washer and dryer after an off balanced load made the old one unusable in the middle of our stay. We could not have asked for a better experience or host!

The host Jana was super helpful! She met with us the first day and showed us around the house and how things worked. She responded quickly to anyqueapstion we had. The pool and hot tub are clean and heated. We so enjoyed the hot tub! The house is a cute and fit all our needs. There’s even toys and a high chair and graco if you have a little one, the beds were comfortable. There’s an outdoor shower and bathroom in the lanai. Lots of nice breezes on the lanai. The sunsets are amazing and easily seen each night on the lanai. We’re booked for next year! Thank you Jana for an awesome month!

We stayed for the month of February to get out of the cold of winter and have time to sun and swim, and pursue hobbies. The beach was not our goal. That being said, this property met all of our needs. A heated pool, privacy, hot tub, a great kitchen, and comfortable beds. The wifi isn't super fast (+/- 12mbps) but we never had issues with streaming TV, listening to music, or video calls. We rarely left the house, had most of our groceries and meals delivered and were never bored. The nearest shopping centers and food are 4.5 miles away, and easy drive on good roads. IF you are interested, beaches are one hour away. If there are more than four people in your party you may want to bring additional beach towels. We had just enough with three people.The property management company was very responsive to any issues we contacted them about.
