About this house rental

Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy special times with family and friends, lazy afternoons by the pool, golden sunsets on the balcony and the best of outdoor entertaining with retractable sky roof, BBQ and wood fired pizza oven all ready for fun filled summer nights.
The Roy is fully equipped for entertaining with full gourmet kitchen, family sized fridge with ice maker, wide oven and place settings for 10. The spacious open plan design provides indoor and outdoor dining areas, comfortable lounge areas both upstairs and downstairs with Netflix and a Sonos sound system that has zones throughout the house where you can stream your favorite tunes.
All beds are high quality with linen sheets, bathroom towels and beach towels for all. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite with toilet and there is a full sized laundry with washer and dryer.
There is a comfortable trundle bed under King Single in Bed 3. Upstairs you will find a private parents retreat with separate lounge and bar that steps out to a wide elevated deck where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets to the West.
Onsite parking is available in the front driveway and on the street.

If you are looking for a wonderful place - close to the beach and some shopping facilities (around the corner), with two big living rooms (up - and downstairs), a perfectly equipped kitchen and a dreamy BBQ place outside - then you will be absolutely welcome in this one.
This house is located in a nice and safe area, aside from that Dave will be there to give advices to every condition of life.
P.S. Be aware of some twittering in the early - it may wake you up for a morning run around 5am.
