O imóvel do Sr. João é excelente. Ótima localização, próximo as supermercados, padaria e do centro da praia grande. Também fica praticamente em frente a feirinha da vila guilhermina uma das melhores. O apartamento é super espaçoso e confortável, muito bem ventilado, ou seja, instalação excelente, valeu todo o investimento. Certamente voltaremos em breve! E finalmente o proprietário é muito prestativo. Obrigado Sr. João.

Apto bem limpo, espaçoso exatamente como mostra as fotos, segurança no prédio é ótima, localização perfeita, proprietário gentil e prestativo, foi uma estadia maravilhosa, pretendo voltar em breve e indico com tranquilidade.

Estadia ótima. Ficamos hospedados por 7 dias , tudo exemplar desde a comunicação com o anfitrião, o Sr. João Ricardo, o check-in ; o check-out, tudo ocorreu de maneira tranquila. Localização ótima com muitas opções de comércio. Portaria 24h com muita qualidade no serviço prestado. Voltaremos em outra oportunidade.
