About this house rental
All bungalows (formerly Susi, Alex and Mike) have been refurbished to a high standard, kitchen and bathroom, bedrooms and floors redesigned. The furnishings of the bungalows were made by the carpenter. All bungalows are located directly on the sea. From all terraces you have a wonderful view of the sea. The complex is in a quiet location and only 5 minutes by car from the center. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as various shops.
In front of the facility there is our breakwater on the beach with opportunities to lie down. You can let your boat into the water directly via the slip system and attach it to one of the 3 in-house buoys for a fee.
The complex is child-friendly, in addition to the beach, a beautiful garden can be used.
Free parking for 1 car on the property.
Be aware of cheap flight connections to Zadar! Collection by a local taxi company possible. Other offers for a fee:
- Laundry service twice a week
- A voluntary communal dinner is offered once a week. It is cooked or grilled in a typically Dalmatian way.
- A haulier offers various trips, such as B. to the Krk waterfalls, rafting or the Paklenica climbing park.
- Bicycle service: bikes can be borrowed. You will be brought directly to the house and picked up again.
- During the season, a ship sails daily from Vir to the Kornati tour or to Bozava (Dugi Otok)
- There is a diving school, jet ski and boat rental in town
- On request, massages can also be offered on site.

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Apartment mit neuwertiger Ausstattung. Am besten ist die ruhige Lage direkt am Meer. Hier kann man es sich richtig gut gehen lassen - sehr nette Gastgeber!

Wir (2 Erw + 1 Kind) haben unseren Urlaub zum ersten Mal im SunsetLoft verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Es war alles so wie vorab beschrieben und sogar noch besser. Das Apartment ist super schön modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut und man erreicht mit dem Auto schnell alle diversen Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren für 3 Wochen in die jetzt (2018) komplett renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Appartments sind jetzt alle fast identisch eingirichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. In den modernen und qualitativ hochwertigen Küchen fehlte aus unserer Sicht nichts. (Toaster, Nespresso, Wasserkocher, Weinkühlschrank usw.)
Die Location ist insgesamt ruhig und ab weg vom Massentourismus. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es in 5 min Fahrweg. Neu sind sich die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, die uns in den ebefalls neuen Designerbetten, einen sehr erholsamen Schlaf bei 35 Grad Außentemperaturern bescherten.
Wir kommen natürlich gerne wieder....

Wir fahren schon seit Jahren zu dieser Anlage und waren nun das erste Mal nach dem Umbau dort. Glückwunsch! Neben dem einmaligen Platz direkt am Meer ist der Umbau wirklich sehr gelungen. Hochwertige Schreinermöbel in Küche und Schlafzimmer, Top Ausstattung, schönes Bad eine eine total bequeme Outdoorcouch auf der überdachten Terrasse. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt, die Betreuung 1a. Auch alle anderen Apartments wurden renoviert und neu ausgestattet und sehen super aus.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
