At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in season A and B a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented, if they are not already included. Please inform us in this regard after the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the sheets and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Schöne, helle, top eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage und trotzdem nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage,
großer Balkon, kein WLAN, aber durch Hotspots im Ort zu verkraften, empfehlenswert wäre, dazu Informationen vom Vermieter vorab zu geben
