Please be advised that spalling repair work on the balcony is scheduled to begin mid-June 2025 and continue through April 2026. Work hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Expect noise disturbances, including jackhammering and drilling during work hours. Balcony access will be restricted for safety reasons throughout the duration of the project. The entire building’s spalling project is expected to be completed by late June 2026.
The Ilikai Marina located at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd on the 12th Floor.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

We had everything we needed and more for our stay. Instructions everywhere to make our stay transition with ease. They were no surprises. The room was clean, we had lots of towels and amenities. Beach towels and chairs were available. WiFi and network was readily available. Getting in and out the room was easy.

Perfect place for two. Short walk to Waikiki. Exactly as described. CAREFUL parking is NOT free. Clearly noted in rental listing. Would stay here again.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This is an old property, what can I say? Sliding glass door wouldn’t open more than a few inches. A two burner stove isn’t a “full kitchen”. The instructions for using the door code were insufficient. There was no key pad to be seen. Ran my fingers over it to no avail. Called 3 numbers before talking to someone who repeated the instructions but didn’t tell me how to activate the keypad. He was no help. Many hours later got in with the help of a realtor friend who lives nearby. I’m sure that I’m not the only one who has had this experience.
