About this apartment rental

Brand new detached guest house loft. Located in a nice, quiet, 60's neighborhood with well maintained homes and about 15 miles from Downtown Dallas and 2 miles from The University of Texas at Dallas. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, entertainment, recreational center, public parks, gyms,tennis court and DART public transportation. Within close proximity to local hospitals, car rental places, Post Office, Public Library, Texas Instruments, and the Telecomm Corridor.

This property is just perfect for me, a single traveler attending a course for multiple days. It's very well decorated, clean, cozy, updated, and little extras you wouldn't expect! Owner is wonderful, communicative, and makes the stay even more amazing. Will return!
