We really enjoyed our extended visit. Jo Marie was helpful and available to answer any questions. Location was ideal, close to shopping, and walking trail. Complex is quiet, with pool and workout room on site. Unit is modern, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Thanks again for a great stay!

I booked this property for a month this November. Before checking in the owner contacted me with details of the check in process and to see if I wanted wifi or cable and electricity. Apparently all 3 of these are an additional charge ( I did not see that detail in her ad even after going back and searching for it). I chose to have electricity (obviously) and wifi as she told me I would be able to use my Netflix account for TV. Be aware that the TV’s are NOT smart TV’s, so you won’t be able to use your Netflix account on them. I learned that after checking in. Initially i was told the TV’s were smart TV’s, but then after checking in was told she wasn’t sure if they were. The check in process went well as there’s a lockbox to get your key. Once checked in I proceeded to unpack my suitcase. I noticed that my clothing was covered in animal hair. Apparently the previous tenant had a dog and let the dog sleep on the bed, so the bed was COVERED in dog hair. This means that the quilt was not washed between tenants. In times of COVID one would think there would be a little more care taken in the cleanliness of the property. I immediately contacted the owner with pictures of the situation. As she was out of town she offered for ME to go and purchase a new quilt. Not something I wanted to do at 7.00 pm after flying, so I slept with just the sheets as there was not even a blanket in the condo. The following day I noticed all the pots and pans were old and scratched and not suitable for cooking. I sent her pictures of those. The coffee maker didn’t work and the knives were broken. The experience was NOT at all what I expected. The owner apologized and a few days later replaced all items. Then the condo has an ant issue. There’s ants in the kitchen, in the bathroom sink, and even found their way into the bedroom closet (and in my suitcase). The location of the condo is comfortable as there’s a Frye’s, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods very close by. It’s 15 minutes from old town and Kierland which is also great. When it was time to check out she prorated the electricity and wifi and I left her a check. She then asked me to wash the sheets as “it saves time for the cleaning service”. We are charged a fairly substantial cleaning fee upon booking...... I’m not sure how the tenant is expected to wash sheets upon checkout.
